so romantic

I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday and take him on a romantic getaway. We had the most romantic and relaxing two days we did not want to go home. Jennifer in reservations help me to plan the whole surprise , she worked with me on all my plans and even added a few of her own ideas, to say the least he was very surprised. We ate at the restuarant Azure the food was out of this world and Travis the waiter just made the experience so perfect we ate there the second night and asked for him again.

Overall we would have to say that we had an exceptional stay at the resort. Our stay was exceptional not only because of the amenities but also because of the friendly, professional and courteous staff that made us feel very special. We can not wait to go back. Marie and Herb Rodriguez

i love this place

I had my anniversary at The Shores and let me say i had the time of my lfe! I would highly recommend staying here, and if you are a couple let me recommend the honeymoon suite. We will never forget our stay. the accomodatins were beyond my expectations! As a matter a fact I paln to stay there next year

Dear Mr. Hickey,

In the world of event planning, it is unfortunate that customer service is too often neglected and attention to detail is completely forgotten. However, your staff, at The Shores Resort and Spa in Daytona, has renewed my hope for quality onsite event management, and I wish to express my gratitude to you for their stellar service.

At the end of August, our company brought 80 VIP's to The Shores for an incentive trip. These VIP's represent millions of dollars to our company, and it was imperative that they be treated as Kings and Queens for the weekend. It was also imperative that every department at the resort pay close attention to all of the little details that can make or break a VIP weekend. Your Shores staff rose to the challenge, and they completely exceeded my expectations for the weekend. Our VIP's had nothing but praise to offer, and the weekend proved extraordinarily successful for our company. Jackie Baker, Maryclaire Pendergast and David Smiley were especially exceptional in handling the nuances of our group with grace, a can-do attitude and an unwavering smile. Tara Michaels, and the entire Indulge Spa staff, worked incredibly hard to meet our group?s spa needs as well. I wish that I had management staff of their caliber at every event location.

 

I am truly grateful for all that your management and staff accomplished on our behalf, and I will not only consider The Shores Resort and Spa for our future trips, I will also recommend it again and again to other event planners as a prime choice for incentive programs. Again, thank you for having such an incredible staff in Daytona.
