Join us for an oceanfront five-course wine dinner hosted by The Shores Resort & Spa in collaboration with SR Perrott. Savor a thoughtfully crafted menu where each dish is perfectly paired with fine wines, all while supporting a good cause—20% of the proceeds will be donated to a local charity.

The evening begins with a sparkling reception, followed by a memorable family-style dinner under the stars, overlooking the Atlantic.

• Joy Pinot Noir
• Mushroom Risotto and Pistachio-Crusted Scallops with Dijon Wine Sauce

Fourth Course:

• Mariettes Merlot
• Roasted Duck with Fall Squash Medley, topped with Cherry Port Reduction

Fifth Course:

• Circus Cabernet
• Dark Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Cake with Raspberry Liqueur Sauce
